Meet Bryony
Founder. Mother. Teacher. Mover with Purpose
Hello! I'm Bryony the heart behind Nourish Pilates.
My journey with Pilates began at 18, not as a fitness goal, but as a personal path to healing, strength, and reconnection.
Years later, becoming a mother deepened that journey. Navigating postnatal recovery and diastasis recti showed me just how powerful and transformative mindful movement can be.
With a background in nutritional studies and a love for the BASI Pilates method, I created Nourish Pilates to be more than a class. It’s a space for people to feel seen, supported and empowered.
Through 1-2-1 sessions, small group classes and workshops I focus on real bodies, real stories and real-life strength. My approach is gentle but purposeful, grounded in alignment, breath and connection inside and out.
This isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am.
